Acceptable Use Policy.

The rules of the road for using the wrxstack platform, including the AI Assistant. Short, plain English, and enforced.

Effective date: 2026-05-18.

This Acceptable Use Policy (the "AUP") applies to all use of the wrxstack platform (the "Service") and is incorporated into our Terms of Service. wrxstack reserves the right to update this AUP at any time. If you become aware of a violation, please report it to contact@wrxstack.com.

1. Prohibited uses

You must not use the Service, and must not enable or encourage others to use the Service, to:

1.1 Engage in illegal activity

  • Violate any law, regulation, court order, or third-party right;
  • Engage in fraud, money laundering, sanctions evasion, or tax evasion;
  • Process information you do not have the legal right to process;
  • Operate a regulated activity (gambling, weapons sales, controlled substances) without all required licenses.

1.2 Infringe intellectual property

  • Upload, store, share, or generate content that infringes copyright, trademark, patent, trade-secret, or publicity rights;
  • Use the Service to circumvent technical protection measures.

1.3 Distribute malware or attack infrastructure

  • Upload, transmit, or link to viruses, worms, trojans, ransomware, or any malicious code;
  • Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of any system without authorization (see our disclosure program for permitted testing);
  • Interfere with the Service or networks connected to the Service.

1.4 Send spam or unsolicited messages

  • Send bulk unsolicited commercial email through the Service in violation of the US CAN-SPAM Act, Canada's CASL, the EU ePrivacy Directive, or similar laws;
  • Forge headers or otherwise manipulate identifiers to disguise the origin of messages.

1.5 Harass or harm people

  • Threaten, harass, defame, or invade the privacy of any person;
  • Promote or facilitate violence, terrorism, self-harm, or hate against protected groups;
  • Upload child sexual abuse material (CSAM);
  • Engage in non-consensual sexual content, including intimate-image abuse or deepfakes.

1.6 Misuse weapons, biosecurity, or critical-infrastructure content

  • Develop or deploy chemical, biological, radiological, nuclear, or high-yield explosive weapons;
  • Conduct activity that could materially compromise critical infrastructure (power, water, finance, transportation).

1.7 Engage in deceptive AI uses

  • Impersonate a real person or organization without authorization;
  • Generate content that falsely represents itself as human in contexts where disclosure is required by law (e.g., political advertising, consumer protection);
  • Generate disinformation campaigns or coordinated inauthentic behavior;
  • Generate fabricated evidence intended to deceive a court, regulator, journalist, or the public.

1.8 Jailbreak, exploit, or misuse the AI Assistant

  • Attempt to bypass safety filters, alignment, or rate limits of the Assistant;
  • Use the Assistant to produce content that would be prohibited by the rest of this AUP;
  • Extract, exfiltrate, or attempt to reconstruct model weights, system prompts, or training data through prompt injection.

2. AI-generated content responsibilities

You are responsible for the AI output you publish or act on. The Assistant can be wrong, can hallucinate, and can produce biased or unsafe text. Before relying on AI output for any consequential decision, you must review it. For public-facing content generated with the Assistant, you must comply with applicable disclosure laws (for example, California AB 730 / SB 1047, EU AI Act transparency obligations). The Service includes provenance metadata to support disclosure; you must not strip it for the purpose of evading disclosure.

3. Anti-spam & transactional messaging

If you use the Service to send email, in-app messages, or SMS to your contacts (e.g., via Inbox, CRM, or Forms), you must: (a) have a lawful basis to contact each recipient; (b) include accurate sender identification and a working unsubscribe in commercial messages; (c) honor unsubscribe requests within 10 business days; and (d) maintain records demonstrating compliance.

4. Anti-circumvention

  • No competitive benchmarking without consent. You may not use the Service to develop a competing product or to benchmark it for the purpose of publishing comparative claims without our prior written consent.
  • No scraping. You may not scrape, crawl, or systematically extract content from the Service except through our documented APIs and within the published rate limits.
  • No reverse engineering of models. You may not attempt to discover, extract, or reconstruct the wrxstack model weights, training data, or system prompts, except as permitted by mandatory law.
  • No evasion of access controls. You may not share credentials or use the Service to enable unlicensed seats.

5. Fair use & rate limits

API and Assistant usage is subject to published rate limits and fair-use thresholds. Excessive use that materially degrades the Service for other customers may be throttled. We will give reasonable notice before throttling and work with Customer to address the underlying cause.

6. Reporting violations

Report suspected violations to contact@wrxstack.com. Include the URL, account name (if known), nature of the violation, and any supporting evidence. For copyright takedowns follow our DMCA process. For security vulnerabilities follow our disclosure program. For trust and safety emergencies (imminent harm), please also call your local emergency services first.

7. Enforcement

We enforce this AUP proportionately. Typical enforcement steps are:

  1. Warning, written notice describing the violation and required remediation.
  2. Restriction, temporary limits on the affected feature, integration, or account.
  3. Suspension, pause of access pending remediation.
  4. Termination, termination of the account and deletion of the affected content.

We may skip steps for severe violations (e.g., CSAM, active attacks, threats to life) and may take action without prior notice where required by law. For paid customers we will refund pre-paid, unused fees for periods of termination not caused by Customer's material breach.

8. Cooperation with law enforcement

We comply with valid legal process. We will challenge overbroad or unlawful requests and, to the extent permitted by law, notify the affected Customer before disclosing their data.
