Effective date: 2026-05-18.
wrxstack respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users of the wrxstack platform to do the same. This Policy explains how copyright owners and their authorized agents may notify us of alleged infringement under the US Digital Millennium Copyright Act ("DMCA"), 17 U.S.C. § 512, and how users may respond.
1. Repeat infringer policy
In accordance with the DMCA and other applicable laws, wrxstack has adopted a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances and at its sole discretion, accounts of users who are determined to be repeat infringers. We may also remove content or restrict access for any user who repeatedly infringes or whose infringing activity is sufficiently severe.
2. How to submit a DMCA notice
If you believe that content on the wrxstack platform infringes a copyright you own or are authorized to enforce, please send a written notice by email that includes the information required by 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3):
- A physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the exclusive right that is allegedly infringed;
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed, or, if multiple works are covered by a single notice, a representative list;
- Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing or to be the subject of infringing activity and that is to be removed or access to which is to be disabled, with information reasonably sufficient to permit us to locate it (such as a URL);
- Information reasonably sufficient to permit us to contact you, such as an address, telephone number, and email address;
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law;
- A statement that the information in the notification is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
Send the notice by email to contact@wrxstack.com with the subject line "Copyright".
3. Misrepresentations
Please be aware that under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f), any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material or activity is infringing, or that material was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, may be liable for damages. If you are unsure whether a use is infringing, consider consulting an attorney before sending a notice.
4. Counter-notification
If you believe that content of yours was removed or disabled in error, or as a result of misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification by email to contact@wrxstack.com that includes the elements required by 17 U.S.C. § 512(g)(3):
- Your physical or electronic signature;
- Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled and the location at which the material appeared before it was removed or disabled;
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification;
- Your name, address, and telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for the judicial district in which your address is located (or, if your address is outside the US, of the federal district court for the Northern District of California), and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original notification or that person's agent.
Upon receipt of a valid counter-notification, we may forward it to the original complainant. If the complainant does not file an action seeking a court order within 10 to 14 business days, we may restore the removed material.
5. Repeat-infringer recordkeeping
We maintain records of valid DMCA notices and the actions taken in response. We use these records to determine whether a user has demonstrated a pattern of infringement justifying account termination.
6. Notice and action outside the US
For copyright complaints originating in the European Union, we operate a parallel notice-and-action mechanism in line with Article 16 of the Digital Services Act (Regulation (EU) 2022/2065) and Article 17 of the Directive on Copyright in the Digital Single Market (Directive (EU) 2019/790). Rights holders in the EU may submit a notice with the same elements above to contact@wrxstack.com. Notices in other jurisdictions are handled under local rules.
7. Trademark complaints
For trademark complaints, please contact contact@wrxstack.com with the information described in Section 2 (adapted to your trademark) plus a statement of your trademark registration details.
