There is no sales team, no procurement track, and no separate enterprise edition. Portfolio is the second product, at portfolio.wrxstack.com. Same idea: self-serve, no gate, no call required before you can see what it does.
Who this is for.
wrxstack is a good fit for some people and a poor fit for others. Rather than talk you into it, here is the honest split so you can decide in a minute instead of a quarter.
Individuals and small teams.
If you can adopt a tool without a formal review, wrxstack is easy to say yes to.
Regulated or gated buyers.
If your purchase depends on any of the below, wrxstack cannot meet it today. That is not a maybe.
What is
true today.
A real security review would fail wrxstack right now, and it should, because the certifications and controls it would look for do not exist here. So here are the only security facts worth stating, and nothing beyond them.
TLS 1.3.
Traffic between you and wrxstack is encrypted in transit using TLS 1.3.
Encrypted storage.
Data at rest is encrypted, inherited from the managed hosting provider that runs the infrastructure.
Not used to train.
Your content is not used to train models. This is enforced by the model provider's API terms.
No certifications. No SLA. No enterprise controls.
wrxstack has never had a penetration test or a third-party audit. It holds no SOC 2, ISO 27001, FedRAMP, PCI DSS, or HIPAA attestation. It does not offer an uptime SLA or service credits, data residency choices, single-tenant or on-prem deployment, customer-managed keys, audit log streaming, or SCIM provisioning. There is no BAA, MSA, or SLA document to sign. If your review requires any of these, wrxstack is not the right choice today, and that is a straight answer, not a soft one.

Is there an enterprise plan or a sales team to talk to?
No. wrxstack is two self-serve products built by one person. There is no enterprise tier, no sales team, and no procurement track. You sign up for Atlas or Portfolio, you pay the price shown in the product, and you use them.
Can you complete our security questionnaire or send a SOC 2 report?
No. There is no SOC 2 report, no completed CAIQ or SIG, and no security audit to share, because none of them exist. If your purchase depends on those artifacts, wrxstack cannot meet that requirement today.
Do you offer an uptime SLA?
No. There is no uptime SLA and no service credits. You can watch real availability on the public status page, but nothing about it is contractually guaranteed.
Do you support SCIM or data residency?
SAML and OIDC single sign-on is available. There is no SCIM provisioning and no choice of data residency region. Everyone uses the same self-serve product on the same managed hosting.
Can we get a BAA for HIPAA data?
No. wrxstack does not offer a BAA and is not set up for regulated health data. Please do not put protected health information into it.
So what security can you actually stand behind?
Three things, and only three. Traffic is encrypted in transit with TLS 1.3. Data at rest is encrypted, inherited from the managed hosting provider. And your content is not used to train models, which is enforced by the model provider's API terms.
