One platform.
Every workflow.
AI built in, not bolted on.
wrxstack replaces twelve disconnected SaaS tools with one platform: tasks, projects, docs, CRM, inbox, meetings, contracts, and more. One identity, one bill, one source of truth.
The work stack is broken.
The average enterprise pays for 130 SaaS tools. Decisions live in one app, the meeting that produced them in another, the contract that depends on them in a third. AI bolted onto each tool can't see the others. Work gets busier and somehow slower.
One product.
Sixteen modules.
Sixteen modules of a single application. They share one identity, one permission model, and one source of truth. Adopt one workflow first. The rest are ready when you are.
The flagship AI. Asks, drafts, and takes action across every module.
Work items that route, update, and report themselves.
Plans that re-plan in under two seconds when scope shifts.
A workspace that drafts from your past meetings, deals, and docs.
A pipeline that updates itself from every call, email, and meeting.
Triaged, drafted, and prioritized for you.
Transcripts and action items land in the right doc and the right deal.
Read, redact, and summarize thousands of pages in seconds.
AI redlines and e-signature. Risky clauses flagged before you send.
Conversational intake with branching logic. No code required.
One ranked answer across everything your team has written.
Operational reporting from the same graph. No warehouse required.
Recurring routines you check off and keep on track.
Targets you set and track against the work that moves them.
Edit, merge, split, sign, and convert PDFs in one place.
Flowcharts and diagrams on the same canvas as your work.
An AI that
does the work.
Most AI hands you a draft and waits. The wrxstack assistant has memory, identity, and permissions. It opens tickets, drafts proposals, redlines contracts, and replies to customers across every module. Every action is logged and replayable.
Delegate the workflow.
Keep the oversight.
Scoped roles, every action audited and replayable. Inside the platform, not in a sidebar.
Every artifact.
One graph.
Tasks, docs, contacts, meetings, contracts, and decisions aren't filed in sixteen separate apps. They are nodes on a single graph, with permissions, identity, and events flowing between them in real time.
Three layers.
One platform.
Modules people use every day. A work graph that connects every artifact. An assistant that acts on top of both, under the same identity, permissions, and audit trail.
Modules teams want to use.
Each module stands on its own as a best-of-breed product. We do not ship weak software and rely on the bundle to carry it.
The work graph.
Every doc, task, contact, contract, meeting, file, and decision is a node. Every relationship is an edge. One queryable graph for your entire org.
The assistant.
Inherits your auth, your permissions, and your data scope. Takes actions inside the platform, with full audit logs and replay.
One workflow.
Every module.
Here's a sales cycle on the platform. Lead arrives through Forms. Call transcribes in Meetings. Proposal drafts in Docs. Contract redlines in Contracts. Deal closes in CRM. No copy-paste.
Lead arrives.
A conversational form qualifies, enriches, and creates a CRM record.
Discovery call.
Transcribed, action items extracted, competitors identified, attached to the deal.
Proposal drafts.
Pricing pulled from CRM, the closest past deal referenced, written in your voice.
Closed.
Assistant redlines. Contracts routes signatures. CRM updates the forecast and triggers onboarding.
Honest about
security.
wrxstack is a young product built by one person. It does not hold certifications and it is not built for regulated data today. Here is exactly what is true, so you can decide for yourself.
Three plain
facts.
No certification badges, because there are none to show. These three things are real and they apply on every plan.
Every request runs over TLS 1.3.
Storage encryption is provided by our managed hosting provider.
Enforced by the API terms of the model provider the assistant routes to.
No SOC 2, ISO 27001, HIPAA, FedRAMP, SCIM, data residency, or uptime SLA. If you need those, wrxstack is not the right fit today.
How we build.
wrxstack is built by one person with strong opinions about work software: fast, focused, and worthy of the trust people place in it every day.
The work is the system of record.
Software should not ask you to log what you already did. The meeting, the doc, the email, the call: those are the record.
Security is the default.
Encryption in transit and at rest, and never training on your data, are not paywalled upsells. They are how the product is built, from the free plan up.
AI should act, not just suggest.
An AI that produces a draft and waits is still your job. The wrxstack assistant takes action under scoped permissions, with full audit trails.
One platform beats seven integrations.
A single platform beats a constellation of point tools held together with Zaps. We remove the borders between modules instead of automating across them.

wrxstack is two products, and each sets its own pricing where it belongs, inside the app, so the number you see is always current. Start free with no credit card, then see the exact price when you are ready.

Is wrxstack one product or many?
One product. The sixteen modules are connected surfaces of a single application, not separate apps wired together. They share one identity, one permission model, and one work graph. You sign in once.
How is this different from a Notion, Linear, or Salesforce stack?
Most companies run those side by side and hold them together with integrations and Zaps. wrxstack is a single platform with one graph of all your work. The assistant has nothing to bridge. You pay one bill and ship one security review.
Can I migrate gradually?
Yes. Most teams adopt one or two workflows first (commonly Docs and Meetings, or CRM and Contracts) and expand from there. Our migration tooling imports from common SaaS sources.
What models does the assistant run on?
We route the right frontier model to the right task. You can also bring your own model endpoint (Azure OpenAI, AWS Bedrock, GCP Vertex).
Is my data used to train models?
Never. Your content is not used to train any model. This is enforced by the API terms of the model provider the assistant routes to, and it is stated in our DPA.
Can you go through our procurement and security review?
wrxstack is self-serve and built by one person. A DPA is available. There is no MSA, BAA, or uptime SLA, and there are no security certifications today, so wrxstack will not pass a formal vendor security review. There is no invoicing and no purchase-order process. If your procurement requires one, wrxstack is not the right fit today.
Can I deploy on-prem or in my own VPC?
No. wrxstack runs as managed cloud only. There is no single-tenant, VPC, on-prem, or air-gap deployment today. If that is a hard requirement for you, wrxstack is not the right fit.
How does the assistant stay safe?
Every workflow runs under a scoped role you define, with full audit logging, dry-run mode, and a kill switch. Actions above a configurable threshold can require human approval.
