Accessibility Statement.

We design wrxstack so the broadest possible set of people can use it. This Statement describes our goal, what we do, known gaps, and how to tell us about a problem.

1. Our commitment

wrxstack is committed to digital accessibility for people with disabilities. We build our products with the goal of an inclusive experience for everyone, including people who rely on assistive technology, who use the keyboard exclusively, who experience low vision or color-vision deficiency, who have cognitive or motor differences, or who are deaf or hard of hearing.

2. Standard

We target conformance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, Level AA, as published by the W3C, across wrxstack.com and our web applications. This is a goal we work toward, not a certified result, and some areas do not yet fully meet it.

3. Steps we take

  • Semantic markup. We build with semantic HTML and add ARIA roles where they are needed.
  • Keyboard. We aim to make interactive elements reachable and operable from the keyboard, with a logical tab order and visible focus states.
  • Contrast. We choose color combinations intended to meet AA contrast in light and dark modes.
  • Screen readers. We test key flows with common screen readers, including VoiceOver and NVDA.
  • Reduced motion. We honor the user's prefers-reduced-motion setting and use motion sparingly.
  • Automated checks. We run automated accessibility checks as part of our development process.

4. Known limitations

We want to be honest about where we fall short:

  • Some complex or data-dense views are not yet fully optimized for screen-reader navigation.
  • Automated checks do not catch every issue, and our manual testing coverage is limited.
  • Customer-uploaded files and third-party integrations are outside our control; we provide accessible viewers where we can.

We fix accessibility issues as we find them and as they are reported to us.

5. Compatibility

wrxstack is designed to work with current and previous major releases of Chrome, Edge, Safari, and Firefox, with common screen readers, and with full keyboard navigation.

6. Feedback

If you experience an accessibility barrier on wrxstack, please tell us. We treat accessibility bugs as functional bugs and respond promptly. Email contact@wrxstack.com and describe the page, what you were trying to do, and the assistive technology you were using if any.

7. Formal complaints

Users in the European Union may contact the relevant national enforcement body under the European Accessibility Act (Directive (EU) 2019/882). US users may contact the US Department of Justice under the ADA. We would rather work with you to resolve a problem before any formal complaint is necessary.
