How much does it cost?
Both products are free to start with no credit card. Beyond the free tier, each product sets its own pricing, which you see inside the app when you are ready to grow. Keeping pricing in the product means it is always the current price, matched to what you actually use, rather than a number on a page that drifts out of date.
Why is pricing not listed on this page?
Because a plan is a property of a product, not of a website. Pricing changes as a product changes, and the honest place to show it is where you use it and can see exactly what you are paying for. So the marketing site sends you into the product, where the price is live.
Is the free tier really free?
Yes. You can open either product, use it, and stay on the free tier with no credit card and no expiry. You only move to a paid plan when you choose to.
Do you offer startup, non-profit, or education pricing?
If you are an early-stage startup, a registered non-profit, or a student, get in touch through the contact form and we will work out something fair.
How do cancellations work?
Cancel at any time from your account. Access stays until the end of the period you have already paid for, then stops. We do not issue refunds for time already elapsed, so cancel before your renewal date if you do not want to continue.
Is my content used to train AI models?
Never. Your content is not used to train any model. This is enforced by the API terms of the model provider the assistant routes to, and it is stated in our data processing agreement.
Can I deploy on-prem or in my own private cloud?
No. wrxstack runs as managed cloud only. There is no single-tenant, private-cloud, on-prem, or air-gapped deployment today. If that is a hard requirement, wrxstack is not the right fit yet.
Will it pass our procurement and security review?
wrxstack is self-serve and built by one person. A data processing agreement is available, but there is no master service agreement, no BAA, and no security certifications today, so it will not pass a formal vendor security review. If your procurement requires one, wrxstack is not the right fit today.
